BID MANAGEMENT_

• Develop winning strategies including advice on who's who in the local construction scene.

• Manage the bidding process of complex tenders.

• Provide guidance to our procurement and packaging strategy.

• Coordinate internal and external meetings.

• Sanitize correspondences with the client.

• Provide technical advice and input into methodology and planning.

• Risk and cash flow.

• Review technical and commercial submissions.

• Provide strategy and dry runs for post tender meetings with the client or alternatively lead meetings with clients as needed.

COST MANAGEMENT_

• Develop early stage conceptual estimates and budgets for developments.

• Guide the team to estimate development budgets from basic principles.

• Review cost estimates at different stage gates.

• Provide sanity checks and bench marking to ensure competitiveness.

• Provide conceptual estimates for different forms of contracts, including Rough Order of Magnitude, Guaranteed Maximum Price, to list a few.

• Provide advice on budget preparation and cost control measures including system and process development.

PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP_

• Guide the development of the EPC component organisational structure.

• Develop a collaborative approach for team members including EPC, FM, SPV, ultimately resulting in an optimum design and a winning solution.

• Develop neutral cash flow & drawdown for EPC parties.

• Lead the project team to over-viewing design, estimating, technical & commercial developments.

• Manage decision making processes between the different PPP components to achieve the optimum and winning solution.
