With vast experience spanning several geographies that include MENA as well as North America, Aladin has a proven track record as a skilled communicator & negotiator who combines strong technical foundation with commercial acumen. His expertise encompasses business development, winning strategies, cost management, change management, organizational restructuring and process development. He holds MSc in Construction Managements & BSc in Civil Engineering, as well as being a Fellow to the Chartered Institute of Building
OMAR LABABIDI - PRINCIPAL
With a versatile professional experience spanning over 35 years in the construction field, Omar has extensive knowledge covering the Gulf and Middle East region where he worked as a director with leading firms in MENA region and actively participated in the companies’ global expansion and running P&L operation in new frontiers. Accomplished leader who led the project management and construction of vast number of prestigious landmark projects for both the public and commercial sectors from inception to successful completion and handover. His expertise include project management, construction best practice, team building, trouble shooting & managing projects in distress to successful resolution
